Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, beds were comfortable, bath robes fit (being a 6ft male). Great food in the restaraunt. Easily booked tours through the hotel, they even had options of a bus or private driver to take you back to Lao Cai and have someone to organise your train tickets for you and make sure everything is in place before you leave

Therefore, there are some things you should know; Topas Ecolodge is situated 18 km outside Sapa town and the bus ride is approximately 45 min. We call it an “adventurous bus ride” mainly because the road conditions are not too good, but also because you’ll meet many of the ethnic minorities of this area and probably a few buffalos.
