1. Cancellation policy
As a rule, unless otherwise stated, our policy is that all cancellation must be informed in writing by email :firstname.lastname@example.org or call urgent: +84-979 110 111. Cancellations will be charged as follows:
* After Our confirmation and purchased tickets: 20% charge
* 15-30 days before departure: 25% charge
* 7-14 days before departure: 35% charge
* 2-6 days before departure: 50% charge
* Within 24 hours before departure: 100% charge
Note: For sure it is quite safe on the train, please take care of your luggage belongings by yourself. So, close the door when you sleep and keep the important and valuable thing such as mobile, money, personal document and so on beside you.
2. Refund and compensation
If you want to make a complaint –whatever it's about, please send email to us or call the hotline, but for only 24 hours maximum. We will try our best to deal with your problems and offer you the refund or compensation base on each circumstance. Any claims after 24 hours (from the time of problems) will not be handled.
No amount of refunds and compensations will not be paid due to special circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, political instability, third party strike.
3. Changing Sapa train arrival time
We want to inform you the changes of SP3 and SP4 Train (HN-LC-HN) arrival time due to the on going construction work carried out by the Ministry of Transportation. With immediate effectiveness, the mentioned changes are as follow:
Previous arrival time
HN-LC- SP3: Arrive at to Cai 5tation at 06.30 AM
LC-HN-SP4: Arrive at Hanoi Station at 05.30 AM
New arrival time
HN -LC: SP3: Arrive at Lao Cai Station is expected from 08.00 - 08.30 AM
LC - HN: SP4: Arrive at Hanoi Station is expected 06.15 - 06.30 AM
This schedule is expected to be applied until beginning of February 2016.
